Dr. James is an amazing Dr., he takes the time to talk to you and try to find the best solution for you and the life style you live. Now, some of the office staff, "Office Manager", are less than desirable, I contacted him months ago about PT and he still has not contacted me on the situation. It seems that I have to call them and their company that takes care of setting up PT and surgeries and remind them to do their jobs. Again I give Dr. James 5+, the nurses and the other ladies are also 5's. The office manager Pete Rose on the other leaves something to be desired.
